Performance management is the foundation of performance excellence which is a desired goal of all organizations. Organizations depend on their human resources to build and add value. Managing employee performance involves an organization’s policies, strategies and practices as it relates to the performance expectations of employees, and the monitoring and measuring of results. This workshop is designed to convey the importance, benefits and impact of performance management, the role of effective goal setting in performance management, the performance review process, the tools to make it work and the development of a performance system and improvement plan.
Participants will explore what is performance management, its importance and role in support of organization excellences.
