She’s an empowered, female leader who continues to break boundaries. Dr. Dionne Miranda is an exemplary leader, who can effortlessly command from strong organizations to energetic classrooms.

As the Managing Director and partner of Chamberlain Consulting Ltd in Belize, she works with her team to provide top-notch training, leadership development and public relations services to wide-ranging clients. Uniquely, the company operates on a social entrepreneurship scheme, matching the amount made in paid services to a social cause in the community.

Over the years, Dr. Miranda has consciously worked on growing her innate leadership abilities. She completed several specialized training programs and courses including Leadership at the Centre for Applied Sciences in Geneva Switzerland, the Prosci Change Management course, lessons on DiSC debriefing and certification in Six Sigma. She is also an expert trainer in Market Access strategy.

Apart from her rich professional experience, Dr. Miranda has an impressive academic background. She holds a PhD in Business Administration and a Master’s in Global Management, both, from Phoenix University. Her astute dedication to academia led her to a career in teaching, as she is an Adjunct Lecturer in Strategy at Galen University in Strategy. She also teaches future leaders as a lecturer for the Executive Masters in Business Administration course at UWI and the University of Belize.

When she’s not devoting her time to her consultancy and teaching, she is volunteering on numerous boards such as the Cancer Society, Mental Health Association, the Belize Coalition of Service Providers among others.
